Call for Entry Deadline

Our known world stretches far beyond what we can see with the unaided eye. Microscopes, magnifying glasses, and virtual imaging techniques reveal a world of great beauty and complexity. That world contains the smallest particles, tiniest organisms, smallest landscape, or natural details and can provide us with an abundance of artistic inspiration.

Artists are encouraged to explore a corner of the world at high magnification, capturing tiny wonders at the microscopic level, or by zooming in on a larger object to show its smallest details. 2D and 3D wall-hung work with a depth no greater than 2 inches may be submitted. Artwork must be able to hang from a traditional sleeve/pole display without any distortion of the work.

Premiere Exhibition Location
International Quilt Festival, Houston, Texas, October 2021
