This exhibition is a retrospective of fiber art created by Valerie S. Goodwin over last few decades. The exhibition contains textile art work made of fabric, paint, and thread as well as digital technology. Her art is intricate, built up of multiple layers to create fine art abstractions inspired by aerial landscapes, both real and imagined. Ms. Goodwin, who taught architecture at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU) for more than 25 years, has won numerous awards both nationally and internationally.
