Valerie S. Goodwin received degrees in architecture from Washington University and Yale University. Currently, she teaches architectural design at Florida A & M University. Most of her work is inspired by a love of maps, aerial views of landscapes, and the network of cities. Her award-winning work has been widely published and exhibited. She has lectured and given workshops nationally and internationally.
