The world we live in, the prairie skies, a garden's cycle of life – these natural elements inspire Himsl’s work. Using hand-dyed, painted, repurposed, and commercial fabric, Himsl interprets nature in macro and micro dimensions. By melding realistic and abstract images, Himsl offers her vision of the environment.
