There is a time in the seasons of the year when summer folds away her cloak of clear, bright colors and changes into her robes of warm earth tones in preparation for winter. Tones of deep rust and gold, brown and orange decorate the landscape and cover the hills. The blue of summer skies lingers one moment more in the approaching cool gray skies of the winter. Winds rise, plucking leaves from trees and sweep them to the earth below. Autumn must indeed be the paintbox of a divine artist, dipping a paintbrush here and there, mixing bright summer colors into a depth of shades that tell a visual story of transformation.
