I began dabbling in art in my late 50's while continuing my professional career as an IT Program Manager for a major pharmaceutical company. I started with oil painting, with an emphasis on figure painting. I have been sewing since I was about 10 years old and love the tactile aspect of fiber art. Fiber art is gratifying for me and I continue to grow my skills and strength in this medium.
