A walk in the woods always makes me feel better in any season, but especially in the green of spring and summer. I am calmer, more relaxed, happier, and more at ease in the world after being among the trees. There are several theories as to how we are affected by our time in a forest, but I feel that I am among kindred beings who help renew my soul.
