Upon moving into a home in Bend, Oregon, I found a hand calligraphy quote near the back door. "May peace abide here. May the rooms be filled with contentment." It touched my heart and I go back to that quote, that prayer, many times in a year. It brings me calm each time I revisit it. I've incorporated it into a silkscreen couple a few times so that it might travel to others.
