It all started with the study of a piece of fabric previously dyed with
indigo, and the overlapping game of different circles cut out of dyed fabrics on various classes or exchanged with other dyeing people.
This process was previously used by me for the preparation of four large format pieces, which plays on some imperfect bases that I painted with different natural techniques and the precision of the cutting of the circles, to obtain a relevant and very impactful contrast. I then prepared a small piece of the required measures for this SAQA Trunk Show, to let understand the technique and idea that I used.
