Seeking work from current members of the Northern CA/Northern NV region of SAQA to be hung in a regional SAQA showcase exhibition at PIQF this October.
As this is a showcase, there is no jury. Art quilts submitted first will hang first as space allows.
Showcase Exhibition description:
The art quilt is defined by SAQA as “A creative visual work that is layered and stitched or that references this form of stitched layered structure.” The work shown in this exhibition is a showcase of SAQA’s diversity of talent featuring the work of artists in the Northern California/Northern Nevada SAQA region and supports SAQA’s mission to “promote the art quilt.”
