Pat Budge (born 1953, USA) is an Idaho quilt maker who creates geometric pieces for the wall. She is a five-time Quilt National exhibitor; her work has been exhibited in museums and galleries in numerous venues in the United States and Europe. Her work builds small units, which she then builds into larger units or panels. She relies on chance games she devises to inform decisions about color, color placement, and the placement of other forms. Using the games means she can maintain the suspense of what a final work will look like until the very end of the creation process.
