Openings and Holdings

Inspiration came from a hotel in Peru, where I was drawn to a stucco exterior wall. It was painted a brilliant ultramarine, inviting me into an interior courtyard that was an equally vibrant aqua blue. The bright red open window was an enticement to explore more yet unknown spaces, while the rainwater-collecting vessel offered a safe embracing pause.
