Heart Of It

The agave plant litters the southwest landscape. At a closer view, the plant reveals the center of a complex succulent. The spiraling of the plant growth from center to outer ring suggests the Fibonacci theory is at play. I am intrigued by how growth and life begin with this central haven. It is the heart of the matter. I chose yellow to depict the heart color, symbolizing friendship and warmth as a core to the haven of the soul.
