Granddaddy Hall

Granddaddy Hall embraced me and my brother as part of his family. His granddaughter
was my best friend, and his grandson was my brother's best friend. He included all four
of us on his fishing trips, without question or exception. He never made us feel like outsiders, or that he was doing us a favor. Instead, he made my brother and me part of his family life, as natural as casting a fishing lure, watching it float and believing that we would all be
caught up in a net of love.
