Gamma Ray Burst

I was fascinated by the huge gamma ray burst and its visualizations in October 2022. Could I transfer this onto a quilt? For the first time, I used an AI tool in the design process. Playing with various prompts, I found a pixelized version was the most sewable result. Using the generated picture as a basis, I then drew the layout in a quilting software. The final coloring came up while I was sewing. The quilt shows the force of the burst and its distribution into space.
