Florida Spirits

Over the years I collected cartoon maps from places I traveled. I love the fun illustrations and they always inspired me. I came upon one of my UFOs: an unfinished Florida map I painted on fabric but never finished. The vision of what I wanted to create with this came to me then. I began to dig into my whimsical stash of conversational fabrics and the fun began. The hunt was on and the ideas were flying. From road trippers, treasure hunting and pirates, boating, fishing, sea life, swimming, castle building, rocket launches, to beach life, and so much more to I SPY. I hope this expresses the quote from Emerson: "Live in the Sunshine, Swim in the Sea, Drink the Wild Air".
