Going to Quilt Festival Houston? So is SAQA!
The SAQA Global Exhibition Now: Contemporary Art Quilts of Today will be on display at the International Quilt Festival in Houston, Texas held October 8 - 12, 2025. Juror Sandra Sider will be offering gallery walks at the event at 11am on Friday and 3pm on Saturday.
SAQA PARTY
SAQA members and their guests are invited to the SAQA member reception on Friday evening, October 10 from 5-7pm. This will be a great opportunity for SAQA members from across the globe to meet with each other. Appetizers and cash bar will be provided. The room will be on the third floor of the convention center.
Bring a friend - you don't have to be a SAQA member to attend! Pre-registration is required - $20 per person before October 6. A limited number of tickets will be available for $25 at the booth.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We are looking for volunteers to assist at the SAQA Booth at Quilt Festival Houston - it's super FUN and you get to hang out with other fabulous SAQA members!
Booth duties will include signing up new members, selling SAQA publications and stewarding the exhibition.
