Works in weaving, needlework, basketry, quilting, soft sculpture, beading, paper, knitting, crocheting, felting and all other works primarily constructed of fiber will be considered for acceptance, as well as pieces made of nonfibrous materials, but utilizing techniques normally used in the construction of fiber art.
ELIGIBILITY: This exhibition is open to current residents of Oklahoma.
Submissions must be hand works of original design or original interpretation of traditional techniques done independently. Collaborations are accepted with all participants listed. The work will count as an entry for each artist named. Submissions must be executed by the entrant during 2019 through 2022. Works from previous FiberWorks exhibitions are not eligible nor are works created under teacher supervision as part of a class or workshop. Works previously exhibited in Tulsa or works that will be exhibited in Tulsa prior to June 3, 2022 are not eligible. All accepted work must be available for display for the duration of the show from June 3, 2022 through July 24, 2022.
