This is my second quilt I have ever made. First the faces where only painted. Hanging in an exhibition I was told that some remembers to much to some politicans and I should better change this. I stiched them over with free machine quikting.
About the work:
In world the rights of children are often violated. They where abused, neglected, sold, starving and maltreated. Eminently in poor countries where children have to earn money very early for their survey.
Who is responsible for the suffering of the children? Who are the "goods" who are thw "evils".
The background shows some quotes of the UN- text "The Rights of children".
