In many old quilts one can see a traditional pattern called Rose Garden. For a long time I had thought about how to use this pattern in a reversible quilt. Using large amounts of Indonesian fabrics on both sides I arranged them into the Rose Garden pattern.
Materials
old silk obi, modern cotton (including Indonesian batik and ikat)
Techniques
Special Reversible technique, simultaneous piecing and quilting.
