Rebirth: The Light at the End of the Tunnel

During periods of great stress and anxiety, retaining sight of the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel helps to focus on the knowledge that "this too, shall pass," leading to a rebirth of calmness, of sanity, indeed, of life.
