Nankoweap is one of the roughest white water passages in the Grand Canyon. It was the thrill of a lifetime to navigate this passage on my 60th birthday. This quilt is part of the Intersections/Canyon series, a two part collaboration of 12 art quilts and 12 photographs done with wildlands photographer, Christopher Brown.
