Mad Tea Party

This quilt was created during Covid lockdowns - partly because I love «Alice in Wonderland», partly because the world seemed a little mad. Both of these still hold true. I wanted to create a world where nothing is what it is: are we looking at a wall or a table? are the roses white or red? are those petals? hears? biscuits? what time is it anyway? But somehow, rather than upsetting you it just makes you smile.
