Using "yo-yos" (rosettes created by sewing the edges of a circular piece of cloth and gathering at the center) as the building blocks of portrait, I formed likenesses of son, Caleb. Caleb (Sol, Pine Tree in Korean) is constructed with 1 �" and 2" yo-yos on their baby blankets.
