A vibrant urban environment includes architecture of various styles from different eras. Unfortunately, without restrictions in place, historic and charming structures deemed no longer useful are mindlessly gutted and bulldozed.
This work invites the viewer to contemplate the haunting beauty of an abandoned building. Like the memories created within, only fragments of color remain on the bare plaster walls. A broken window punctuates the feeling that something precious will soon be lost.
