Blue Attitude resembles my piece, L'Attitude Bleue, which was included in the H2Oh! exhibition. My efforts to recreate a smaller sized but similar quilt as a commission proved challenging but wonderfully rewarding. I based the design on thoughts used to create the original piece: a photo of sun on the water in Tahiti, the color of indigo blue and a jazz rendition of 'All Blues' by Miles Davis.
