Anchors Aweigh

My daughter spent the first few years of her life living on our sailboat. In 1992 we crossed the Atlantic Ocean following the path of Christopher Columbus when she was just under 6 months of age. By the time she was a year old, she was a seasoned sailor and had no qualms assuming the helm. My husband snapped a photo in the Virgin Islands and I commemorated it in this quilt entitled "Anchors Aweigh".
