SAQA uses US/Canada Eastern Timezone (New York) as our official time. You can use a timezone converter but most people find it more helpful to add "New York" time on their mobile devices.

Wednesday, April 22

4pm – Tech support meet-up 

Not sure how to use Zoom? Have questions about the Spotlight Auction? Come to our tech support meet-up for help. Bring your questions or just show up and learn. 

 

Thursday, April 23

3-3:30pm – Member Mixer

The member mixer is the camera and mic on portion of the program! Come chat in small groups with your fellow fiber enthusiasts. Introduce yourself, have some fun, and make a new friend. We’ll meet each day, then take a break and watch presentations from 4-7. 

4pm – Welcome

4:15pm – Weaving with a Japanese Sensibility Multi-region Exhibition, presented by Ryoko Kobayashi

5:15pm – Korean Embroidery in Modern Times, presented by Hyesung Park

6:00pm  Korean Traditional Indigo (Jjok) Dyeing: From Artisan Heritage to Scientific Insights, presented by Chanhee Jung

6:45pm  Introducing the Chung Young Yang Embroidery Museum at Sookmyung Women’s University, presented by Misik Kim & Mijoo Jin

7pm – End of day
