Call for Entry Deadline

The Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County is seeking submissions for our upcoming juried exhibition, Material Word: A Contemporary Fiber Art Exhibition. Works should include innovative pieces of art that utilize textiles, threads, and fibers (both natural and synthetic) in ways that expand the definition of ‘fiber art’ and push the boundaries of the medium. Artists are invited to submit 2D or 3D textile and fiber artwork. Mixed media, painting, sculpture and collages are acceptable if they incorporate a textile/fiber component.
