Commonalities: Art, Friendship, and Family

Margaret Phillips and Mayann Weinberg met over 30 years ago at a quilting group when they were both young mothers and artists. Their quilting activities and travels overlapped and a deep friendship developed. Many years later Margaret’s son and Mayann’s daughter married and now they share a grandchild. Mayann Weinberg is a mixed media artist who embraces many forms of creating art, frequently combining techniques. Margaret A. Phillips focuses on fiber arts and drawing.
