Urban Cathedral

Line, texture and spacial relationships are elements important in the surface design of my work. “Urban Cathedral” was intuitively pieced, allowing the ombre gray to create a sense of depth and dimension. “Urban Cathedral” evokes a sense of the vaulted space in the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. where I worshipped every Friday morning while attending the school by the same name.
