Screen/ing Pride attends to statements made in two opposing online petitions about the presence of police in the Vancouver, BC Pride Parade (2017). Understandings of inclusion are at odds as divisions in the queer community are made manifest and stated on the screen. Troubling images are created from large language data sets and re-read through optical character recognition. They are digitally printed on vinyl, cut, hand stitched, quilted, and embroidered. This quilt is the third in a trio of quilts grappling with temporal tensions: an in(queery) of entanglements and mo(ve)ments alongside a wondering and worlding of next steps.
