Fire

Fire can benefit us by keeping us warm, cooking our food, and eliminating what is unwanted. Or...fire can cause massive harm by destroying forests, homes, towns, people, and wildlife, and polluting our atmosphere with smoke and toxins. Fire can be beautiful, or it can be ugly in its destructiveness. Climate change is causing it to become more out of control. We humans have an obligation to contain this powerful energy as best we can.
