Elements #13: Wildfire

Climate change and its effect on our forests is a very real threat. In Colorado, 2018 was a year of severe drought resulting in massive wildfires that threatened our forests and altered the subalpine landscape for generations to come.

With river and reservoir levels at all-time lows, it’s well past time to take action—not only to slow global warming, but to conserve water, which is our most precious resource, and to protect our remaining forests and wild spaces.
