It's easy to think we know the creatures of the world, but the octopus defies our expectations. With no central brain, it's still capable of observation, reaction, interaction, trickery, and a large sense of curiosity. We should never underestimate the intelligence and capabilities of the creatures with whom we share the planet. We know so little about them after all.
