‘Moonahs at Midnight’ draws on my experience of walking through the enchanted landscape of a gnarled ancient Moonah woodland in Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, captivated by a moonlit night. Drawing on my memory, imagination and personal experience, this work aims to capture the wonderment and otherworldly nature of landscape that can replenish us.
