Floral Painted Appliqué on Silk Workshop

This is a great opportunity to learn a fabric painting technique without making a large investment in brushes, textile paints, silk, etc. on your own! You will learn Andrea’s technique for painting realistic floral imagery onto silk. To make it easy, all materials you will need will be provided with just a couple of items you need to bring from home. In addition to painting your beautiful flower, Andrea will demonstrate how to create the highly textural confetti backgrounds and her technique for turning the edges of the finished appliqué for a clean finish. So let's have some fun and create with paint and fiber!
