The Big Day is a solo installation by Susan Lenz. Marking her 40th anniversary, this visual arts exhibition will humorously examine the folly and societal pressure of extravagantly expensive weddings as well as the lasting merits of a traditional ceremony. This exhibit is especially thought provoking when considering the disappointments associated with weddings during a global pandemic. Forty donated gowns will be suspended as an immersive experience for viewers.
