Your choice: Do you have a favorite among your art quilts?
A piece that represents you as an artist? SAQA ME/NH/VT has the opportunity to present a showcase (non-juried) of art quilts as a “special exhibit” at the 2023 Vermont Quilt Festival.
The overall theme of the showcase is Quilts as Art.
DESCRIPTION
A sampling of 2D (two-dimensional) art quilts created by Northern New England SAQA (Studio Art Quilt Associates) members provides a glimpse into the variety of styles, techniques, and approaches being used by the region’s quilt artists.
Artists choose which piece to submit for this showcase of work. Displayed pieces must meet the SAQA definition of a “quilt” and meet size requirements.
