Fantasy forest

Fantasy animals, trees, and butterflies were appliquéd onto pieced floral, printed, and plain fabrics for this whimsical quilt. The main subject of the quilt is encircled with a contrasting fabric in an irregular shape. The purple border contrasts and emphasizes the central subject.
