I studied music, printmaking, graphic design, and political science at the University of Minnesota. After many years in the legal and compliance field, I have finally been able to devote more time to art quilts. As a textile and surface design artist, I use dye, paint, print, thread, and fabric manipulation for quilts and small structures. I am often driven to think small and use multiple abstracts of the same subject along with recycled junk mail (my most recent inclusion).
