Designing Art Quilts
Students bring photos or drawings of their own and create a master pattern for a pictorial wall quilt. Fun exercises in tracing, drawing and shading, plus use of textile inks, paints, and pastels allow students to explore a variety of products. No prior art experience necessary, two-day minimum.

Traditionals Transformed
This is a simple, effective technique that teaches students to draft distorted traditional blocks for a new twist on old favorites. Also learn to build fast, free texture with a machine curved paperless piecing technique.
