Speed-Dating
Our conference kick-off event will be an Artist ‘speed-dating’ mixer as a fun way to get to know the other attendees on Thursday evening.  Bring a small piece of artwork or a postcard of your work to share.

Mini-Workshops
Your choice of four mini-workshop presentations (click here for complete descriptions) on Friday will include:
  • Sandra Sider (Critiques),
  • Pat Gould (Digital Entry Preparation),
  • Gregory Case (Digital Photography Basics),
  • Carol Taylor (Pricing, Sales & Commissions),
  • Gwyned Trefethen (Time Management),
  • Carol Ann Waugh (Self Publishing),
  • Deb Cashatt and Kris Sazaki (Digital Designing with Layers), and
  • Lisa Chipetine and Michele Hardman (moderating a Marketing Outside the Box brainstorming session).
Panel Discussions
Several panel discussions, mentorship round tables, a trunk show and a Saturday evening barbeque have been added to the mix. And the Quilt National ’09 opening, the Quilt National banquet (Quilt National will contact registrants regarding banquet tickets), the auction of Art Gallery in a Box IV, and the Friends of Fiber Art (FOFA) Sunday brunch are returning favorites. The FOFA brunch will be at the Dairy Barn to provide another opportunity to visit QN'09 at your leisure.
