Shipping Reimbursement (non-US members)
This form is for non-US SAQA members who wish to be reimbursed for shipping artwork to our shipping center in Ohio for an approved SAQA exhibition (does not include regional exhibitions, auction quilts, or trunk show pieces).
- SAQA will reimburse shipping costs over and above the average $30 cost that US members incur (to a maximum reimbursement of $70).
- You must be able to accept reimbursement either via a check drawn on our US bank or via PayPal - we cannot send funds via money order.
- Reimbursement applies to shipping charges only. Artist is responsible for insurance, duties, and custom fees.
- Receipt or shipment document with total must be attached to reimbursement form
To ensure accuracy, please enter the TOTAL shipping amount. SAQA will convert it to US $ and deduct $30 USD. Questions? Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
