2020 Conference - Registration Details
You must be a current member of SAQA to register. If you are not a current member, please JOIN US before registering for the conference.
2020 Conference Registration Fees (USD)
$350 - Early Bird Conference Registration (register by November 1st)
$440 - Full Conference Registration ($40 late fee applies after March 1st)
$220 - Regional Representatives (must attend Regional Rep meeting)
Additional fees apply for Saturday events and post-conference activities - see schedule for details.

- Any registration fee refund must be requested in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and received by February 1, 2020. A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
- After February 1, 2020, no refunds will be made. We encourage you to send a qualified substitute if you cannot attend.
- SAQA will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including, but not limited to, airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits. Travelers’ insurance is suggested.
- SAQA reserves the right to cancel the event and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration.
- SAQA’s liability is limited to the registration fee.
After you register online, you will receive an immediate confirmation via email. If you do not receive any conference communications, please contact us verify that you ARE registered! We do send additional emails closer to the conference page. Do check your spam folders.

Availability / Single Day Rates
There are limited spots for the conference - early registration is recommended. If space is available, single day rates may be made available in March.
