The Yvonne Porcella Volunteer of the Year Awards

The dedication and efforts of ALL our volunteers have made a significant impact in making SAQA such a unique and vibrant organization.

SAQA, as a non-profit, relies on the generous gifts of time and talents from many, many volunteers to carry out our mission. The board and staff would like to publically acknowledge and thank our most dedicated volunteers. In 2015, a new program was created with the first set of winners recognized at the 2016 conference.

Each year, we accept nominations for the Volunteer of the Year awards. The first category of awards is given to the outstanding Rep (or Co-Reps). The second category goes to volunteers serving in all other capacities. Board members and staff are not eligible as they vote for the winners.
