Chip On An Old Log34.5 w x 21.625 h   A chipmunk who lives near our wood-pile is often spotted watching us, as we watch him, however he often doesn't sit still long enough to get a photograph. I finally got a good photograph, and combined it with another photograph to make the composition.
Eye to Eye33" w x 22" h   On our river trip in Namibia, we saw 4 male lions on the shore looking eye to eye with us in our boat. The senior male was a bit away from the others, and I captured his image and then transferred it to fabric, and then did extensive trapunto and machine embroidery to show his hair among the grasses where he sat.
Petunias on Parade46.75" w x 26.5" h   I photographed these petunias in my outdoor rock garden at the height of their profuse blooming. Machine appliqued and heavily machine quilted.
White Winged Dove of Peace34.75" w x 23.75" h   While in Big Bend National Park, I spotted this White Winged Dove, and then created a quilt from the image. Heavily thread painted with trapunto, machine appliqued, machine quilted.
