What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from us. If you are not, you may return the item to us for a full refund within 60 days.
How do I return an item?
Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service department by e-mail at info@SAQA.com or by calling 1-860-487-4199 from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST) and inform us of the situation.
When returning an item, pack it securely in a sturdy box along with a copy of the packing slip (or invoice). You may be able to reuse the box we shipped the item to you in provided the box is in good condition.
